Paul Pearson

Paul helps clients outline their company's technological vision, mitigate cybersecurity risks, and ensure that the tech resources align with the company's business needs. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force and boasts an outstanding record of community service through local non-profits supporting technology missions. He has over decade of experience supporting the intelligence community, private sector, public sector and non-profit organizations.

Sydney Johns

Sydney Johns is an Artificial Intelligence Researcher at Johns Hopkins University. She previously worked for the U.S. Army Research and Technology Directorate and Northrop Grumman. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University and a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland, her research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, reverse engineering, and ethical hacking. Sydney is working towards her doctorate degree at Virginia Tech in the Computer Science department. She holds CompTIA Security+ and EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker certifications.

Passionate about STEM and outreach, Sydney has supported various initiatives, such as the STEM in Scouting Event for middle and high school students as well as multiple middle school science fairs. She also volunteers with mentorship and robotics programs, working with the Thread mentorship program and serving as a Girl Scout Troop Leader. Sydney plans to travel and share her passion for engineering with others in the future.
